The chemical and sensory characteristics of the wines are related to geographical origin grape, as a result interplay between plant material (G), its acclimatization environment (E) human factor that influences both vineyard winery. range phenotypes single genotype can express depending on is known phenotypic plasticity G × E interaction. present study evaluated independent interactive effects Cabernet Sauvignon materials (G: Clone 7 Mount Eden) implanted in different indications Mendoza, Argentina (E: Agrelo, Pampa El Cepillo, Altamira Gualtallary) according fruit yield phenolic profiles wines. experiment was carried out during 2018 2019 vintages using multifactorial design. When berries reached 24 °Brix, clusters were harvested, analyzed elaborated by standardized procedure. Then, anthocyanin non-anthocyanin determined high-performance liquid chromatography with diode array fluorescence detection (HPLC-DAD–FLD). results revealed significant interactions for traits, including number per plant. Differential composition quality parameters resulting wines, markedly affected E, observed; location vineyards.
